Since discovering computers at the age of 11, I knew that was where my calling lay. Back then computers had 1K of memory, no sound, no graphics and were hooked up to your TV and tape recorders. A lot has changed over the years. Programming and technology are not just my job, they are my passion. Very often I’m found curled up with a good book on the latest HTML developments, or investigating a new programming language. I’ve developed an interest in many rising technologies that have influenced the paths I have taken.

Programming however isn’t just about writing code. Without good communication skills, it’s easy for the most exciting of projects to flounder. As well as programming I have always enjoyed writing. I have had articles printed in a national Canadian newspaper, had articles printed in books and also published many reviews on computer software, music and new media. This experience allows me to communicate clearly and effectively, adapting what I write to be concise and easily understood by my intended audience.
